At Wrytn.ai, we’re committed to delivering exceptional, custom-tailored blog content that reflects your brand’s voice and strategic goals. Because of the hands-on nature of our process, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined clearly below.
1. Refund Policy
All sales are final once work has begun. This includes:

Brand discovery sessions or intake interviews

Content research or strategy development

Drafting or delivering any portion of blog posts
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or partial delivery when the client has caused delays or chosen not to proceed after work has begun.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following rare cases:

Duplicate payment or billing error

Failure to deliver services as described, due to a fault on our side, and without resolution

A written agreement that includes a refund clause
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@wrytn.ai within 7 days of the charge in question.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or project at any time by contacting us at info@wrytn.ai.

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation stops future billing, but does not refund the current or any past billing cycle.

Custom Projects: If a custom content package is in progress, cancellation halts further work, but completed work is still billable.
We strongly recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
3. Paused or Delayed Projects
If you pause or delay your onboarding or feedback, your subscription time continues unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may offer limited grace extensions, but long-term inactivity (over 30 days) may result in forfeit of service for that period.
4. Exceptional Cases
We’re here to build lasting relationships. If you’re unhappy with your experience, please reach out directly. In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credit at our discretion—even outside the strict terms above.
