At Wrytn, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and segregate your personal and business information.
We collect information you provide during onboarding (brand voice, business details, interview responses), account information (name, email), connected-platform content, and usage data to operate and improve our services.
Your information is used to generate brand-aligned content, operate platform features, provide analytics and recommendations, and communicate with you about your account and services.
Wrytn integrates with Google services (including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and the Google Indexing API) to help measure and improve the discovery of your content. Wrytn's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is never used to train, develop, or improve any generalized or third-party artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, and is never transferred to any third-party AI provider. Google-derived data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features of Wrytn (such as search-performance reporting, indexing, and authority analysis), is processed within Wrytn's own systems, and is segregated from any third-party large language model or AI training environment.
Wrytn uses third-party AI providers to generate content from your brand and content inputs. Google user data is excluded from these AI providers. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, limited internal access on a need-to-know basis, and secure third-party infrastructure providers. Your brand information is isolated per organization and is not shared across clients.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may disconnect Google account integrations at any time, which revokes Wrytn's access to the associated Google data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
