Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 04/01/2025

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final once work begins (discovery, research, drafting). No refunds for change of mind, unused time, or client-caused delays.

Exceptions: Duplicate payment, failure to deliver on our side, or written agreement. Requests must be sent to info@wrytn.ai within 7 days.

2. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via info@wrytn.ai.

Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation stops future billing. No refund for the current cycle.

Custom projects: Cancellation halts work. Completed work is billable.

We recommend canceling at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle.

3. Paused or Delayed Projects

Your subscription continues unless there is a written agreement to pause. Inactivity of 30+ days may result in forfeiture of unused services.

4. Exceptional Cases

We may offer partial refunds or credit at our discretion.
