Refund & Cancellation

We keep this simple. Here's how refunds and cancellations work at Wrytn.
Refund Policy
All sales are final once work begins — including discovery, research, mapping, and content deployment.
No refunds are issued for:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Unused time within a billing cycle
- Delays caused by the client (e.g. missing access, delayed feedback)
Exceptions
We will consider refunds in cases of:
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon work
- Written agreement prior to engagement
Refund requests must be submitted to hello@wrytn.ai within 7 days of the charge.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by emailing hello@wrytn.ai.
Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation stops future billing. No refund for the current cycle. You retain access through the end of the paid period.
Custom projects: Cancellation halts future work. All completed work is billable.
We recommend canceling at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle.
Paused Projects
Your subscription continues unless we agree in writing to pause. Inactivity of 30 or more days without communication may result in forfeiture of unused services for that cycle.
Discretionary Credit
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds or account credit at our discretion. These are evaluated case by case.
